1. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT

A) METHOD OF DELIVERY

Once the order has been received, it is packed and delivered to the shipper who will deliver it to the address communicated by the buyer within the established times.

If the buyer is not at home at the time of delivery, the forwarder will leave a notice of passage in the letterbox with indications on how to collect the goods.

B) TIMELINES AND COSTS

Transport times: 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch for shipments to the peninsula. For shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria it may take up to 3 working days.

C) DELAY IN DELIVERY

ZAGO srl is not responsible for delays or delivery problems due to events beyond its control or attributable to the responsibility of the shipper. In case of delays in delivery, the buyer is requested to contact customer service at the email address info@zagomilano.com . It will be the seller's concern to contact the shipper to check the status of the order.

In the event that the delivery has not yet been received within 30 days of order fulfillment, the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting customer service at the email address info@zagomilano.com .

D) RECEPTION

When the shipper certifies that the package has been delivered to the buyer, the delivery is considered complete.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check the delivery for integrity before signing for receipt. In the event that the buyer should find anomalies in the packaging, he can proceed with the collection with reserve or refuse the collection by completing the appropriate complaint. In this case, the buyer is required to promptly contact customer service at the e-mail address info@zagomilano.com , attaching a copy of the complaint forwarded to the carrier.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to the articles ART. 52 OF Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 (Consumer Code), the buyer has a term of 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the order, to withdraw from the product purchase contract, without having to pay penalties .

In case of failure to exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned 14-day period, the order is considered definitive and no refund can be made.

In order to obtain a refund, the buyer must send the unused product to the seller, in its original and intact packaging, together with the return note ( download the return note ) and the purchase invoice.

To exercise the right of withdrawal and to return products, our customer service, which can be contacted at the e-mail address info@zagomilano.com , will provide the buyer with all the necessary information and the return slip to be filled in and attached to the shipment.
