At the moment there is no delivery method abroad, but if the buyer needs to receive our products outside the European Community, he can contact the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
Shipping times: 1-2 working days from the date of evasion for shipments to the peninsula. For shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria it may take up to 3 working days.
Working days: From Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays.
C) DELAY IN DELIVERY
ZAGO srl is not responsible for delays or delivery problems due to events beyond his control or attributable to the responsibility of the shipper. In case of delivery delays, the buyer is requested to contact customer service at the e-mail address email@example.com . It will be the seller's concern to contact the shipper to check the status of the order.
In the event that the delivery has not yet been received within 30 days from the order, the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting customer service at the email address info @ zagomilano .com .
When the shipper certifies the delivery of the package to the buyer, the delivery is considered completed.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the integrity of the delivery before signing the receipt. In the event that the buyer should find anomalies in the packaging, he can proceed with the withdrawal with reserve or refuse the withdrawal by filling in the appropriate complaint. In this case, the buyer is required to promptly contact customer service at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org , attaching a copy of the complaint forwarded to conveyor.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the articles ART. 52 OF Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 (Consumer Code), the buyer has a period of 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the order, to withdraw from the purchase contract of the products, without having to pay penalties .
In the event of failure to exercise the right of withdrawal within the period of 14 days referred to above, the order is considered final and no refund can be made.
In order to obtain a refund, the buyer must send the seller the unused product, in its original and undamaged packaging, together with the return slip and the purchase invoice.
To exercise the right of withdrawal and the return of products, our customer service, which can be contacted at the e-mail address info @ zagomilanocom , will provide the buyer with all the necessary information and the return slip to be filled in and attached to the shipment.
